Today they met for the first time since they both came into this world. They are 13 days apart, and they are both so very precious. Please allow me to introduce Mr. Brody Cothren and Ms. Kenley Dearing. (I wonder if I could still arrange a marriage??) I hope these two will be the best of buds like their Mommies. What more could I ask for...my best friend being blessed with this gorgeous little boy, and myself being blessed with another precious little girl to grow up along side him! Just look at these pics! They already look like an old married couple, so in love and yet so.....not! LOL!! I have a feeling there will be lots and lots more pics to come of these two....I mean us Mommies need to make memories for them now, so they have plenty to talk about when they are 80!! :)

When the nurse told me that they would most likely intubate her, tears just rolled down my face. In my line of work...intubation is never good, it's a way to sustain life. I know that in this case it's just a way to know for sure they don't stop breathing during the procedure. The Surgeon came by to see us before and let us know what would be happening. We work...
